臺中市旅館建筑電力消費量之研究

摘要

本研究為瞭解台中市旅館電力消費之狀況，乃針對目前台中市旅館建築實施問卷調查，建立台中地區旅館建築耗能量之基本資料包括建物屬性、外殼耗能量、用戶屬性資料與其電力消費相關資料，對調查所得資料進行統計及分析，並分析旅館建築電力消費量及其組成結構、消費特性、消費型態、各旅館基本屬性、建築屬性等各方面，並探討其與電力消費量之關係。藉由建立台中地區旅館建築用電量資料，及各耗能影響因子的探討，使其能作為耗能分析與預測之基礎，並提供相關單位節能政策之參考。

In order to understand the relationship between the architectural characteristics of hotel buildingsand their electric power consumption,we use a questionnaire to investigate the cases and then toconstruct the basic statistical data.These data cover the energy consumption,material of external wallsused,and occupancy aspects of hotle buildings in Taichun,Afterwards,we analyze the electric powerconsumption in amount,specification and category.Through a nsfruction of a data base of hotle electricpower consumption,and a discuss of its affect factors,a fundamental for the precision model of electricpower consumption,and a guideline of policy can be established.
