底材對裝修材料防火性能之影響研究

Influence of Substrates on the Fire Performance of Interior Finish Materials

摘要


現行建築技術規則已對室內裝修材料規範其耐燃性能,並以CNS 6532作爲測試標準。施工業者在進行裝修時,常將通過檢測及規範要求之面材黏附於另一底材上,此底材並未加以規範,本研究以表面試驗及圓錐量熱儀探討底材對裝修材料防火性能之影響情形。 本研究結果發現進行表面試驗時,因部分熱量傳導至底材,面材(除矽酸鈣板)之耐燃等級皆未下降。而圓錐量熱儀試驗中,可燃底材可能於試驗後期大量放熱,造成面材耐燃級數下降。此二項試驗法對面材貼附底材之效應評估結果大不相同,其主要原因爲加熱方式與試體尺寸之差異。當台灣正值此二項標準轉換之際,其差異需多加重視。

Using fire proof interior finish materials in buildings is very effective for fire safety, and the CNS 6532 test is adopted in Taiwan to evaluate the fire performance of such materials. According to the CNS 6532 Surface Test and Building Code, materials should be tested at their end use. In practice, fire proof materials may be attached to another material which has not passed the safety requirements. This study investigates whether, in such cases, the substrate will influence the fire performance of the surface wall lining materials. The effect after attaching a substrate was studied experimentally, using the surface (CNS 6532) and cone calorimeter (ISO 5660) tests. Our data show that, in the surface test, the exhaust temperature did not increase and the backing temperature decreased due to some heat transfer to the substrate. The ranking of the materials did not change, except that for the calcium silicate board, due to burning through. In the cone calorimeter tests, a lot of heat was released after 10 minutes, which led to a lower fire performance ranking. Therefore, the influence is apparatus-dependent due to differences of heating behavior and specimen size.
