本文提供了耐高溫、良好電絕緣的高真空系統與大氣之氣密介面，以及耐高溫、高穿透率的高真空系統與大氣之氣密介面兩種高真空系統與大氣之氣密介面的介紹，包含了此兩種高真空系統與大氣之氣密介面的用途，以及此兩種高真空系統與大氣之氣密介面的關鍵封接技術介紹。

The usages of these two kinds of vacuum/air interface will be introduced. The key issues on the sealing of these two kinds of vacuum/air interface will also be introduced.
