Colored High-Efficiency CH_3NH_3PbI_3 Perovskite Hybrid Solar Cells

摘要


有機金屬的鈣鈦礦結構(CH_3NH_3PbI_3)太陽電池, 由於高的光電轉換效率、簡單的元件結構、以及輕的質量,鈣鈦礦結構太陽電池具有超越矽晶太陽電池的市場應用潛力。銀-銦錫氧化物-銀(Ag/ITO/Ag)共振腔結構的彩色電極,由於銀薄膜的低電阻率以及共振腔結構產生的高純度彩色穿透光,Ag/ITO/Ag彩色電極成為穿透式彩色薄膜太陽電池的極佳電極選擇。本研究所設計製作的Ag/ITO/Ag共振腔結構彩色電極,涵蓋的色域寬廣,同時又具有非常低的片電阻值0.5~0.6 Ω/□。Ag/ITO/Ag彩色電極結合CH_3NH_3PbI_3所形成的彩色薄膜太陽電池,擁有5.69%(藍色)~7.20%(橙色)的功率轉換效率。此彩色太陽電池適用於節能綠建築的彩色玻璃窗、車子的彩色天窗、美學藝術的彩繪玻璃,以創造未來舒適且美麗的再生能源環境。

Organometal perovskite (CH_3NH_3PbI_3) hybrid solar cells may one day replace silicon solar cells, due to their high power conversion efficiency, simple structure, and light mass. Ag/ITO/Ag colored electrodes are strong candidates applied for the colored thin fi lm solar cell devices due to the low resistivity of the silver and highly-pure transparent color of resonant cavity structures. This study explores the design and fabrication of Ag/ITO/Ag colored electrodes, which have wide color gamut and very low sheet resistance of 0.5~0.6 Ω/□. We combine Ag/ITO/Ag colored electrode and CH_3NH_3PbI_3 to form the colored thin film solar cells, which demonstrate high power conversion efficiencies of 5.69% (blue) ~ 7.20% (orange). Such colored thin film solar cells potentially are applied to BIPV, skylights of cars, and aesthetics stained glass.
