運用研究儀器建構高真空鍍膜與表面量測技術之教學內容
Design a teaching plan of high vacuum deposition and surface measurement via using research instruments

Experimenters are very careful in doing the experiments of high vacuum deposition and surface measurements because the instruments are very precise. Additionally, these instruments are too expensive for a teaching laboratory to have. This makes the undergraduate students hardly have chance to learn the basic techniques. In this report, I am going to introduce the teaching plan of high vacuum deposition and surface measurement which I designed for the undergraduate students of Department of Science Education at the National Taipei University of Education.
