台灣南部區域新興工業引入分析模式之研究

摘要

政府為提升產業技術層次評選十大新興工業為國家產業發展政策，然而如何將國家產業政策能確切落實至區域性空間發展，為六年國建發展計畫區域均衡的重要課題。本研究乃回顧新興產業與區域發展的關係及優勢產業所應考慮的指標，探討科技產業的定位與適宜的產業引入方法，而後再以南部區域為實証空間分析範圍，於產業既存之發展規模、產業發展潛力及區域產業發展環境資源等引入之評選要因下，藉由現有製造業之空間規模發展分析及產業技術發展分析，配合新興工業的屬性研究，歸結出影響新興工業引入因素，進而建立新興產業引入評選模式，並探討新興產業引入南部區域產品發展方向。

Evaluating ”Ten New Industries” as target industries, which will create the other economic miracle for Taiwan, is the way whicht upgrades industrial technology to change the characteristics of the industrial structure. Therefore, it is very important how to thoroughly perform the national industrial policy to balance regional development.
The development of new industries is based on the creation of product and the innovation of technology. So this study emphasizes the analysis of R & D characteristic3s, R & D size and regional R & D environment, and the south of Taiwan is a case study. Besides the result of the situation about the southern regional development, this study rearches the measured indicator of industrial development from reference review and establishes the evaluated system. Finally, we can realize the priority of development of new industry in southern area and suggests the direction of development of new industry in southern area.
