以情境模擬討論地方改變對地方連結之影響：以臺大醉月湖為例

摘要

地方連結是指人與地點之間特殊的情感連結，探討地方連結有助於解決都市變遷所延伸的各種問題。在全球化的趨勢下社會環境的變遷越受重視，因此也越來越多學者討論關於地點中斷、改換地點、被迫搬遷等地方連結相關議題。但有學者認為至今為止我們對地方連結的機制依然未有定論。因此本研究之目的在於了解當地點遭遇中斷時，地方連結的變化情形及其相關影響因子。本研究採用情境模擬方式對台大醉月湖的使用者進行調查，使其進行改建前後之想像，以得到受測者在地點改建前、後的地方連結變化情況。結果顯示無論改變的評價好壞，連結感弱的人在地點改變後連結情感會增幅，而連結強者的連結則會受到破壞。本研究的結果期盼能補充現有的地方連結文獻，並可做為都市環境更新、遊憩地點改建時的重要參考。

People-place relationships have become an important issue in recent decades. Although there are numerous exciting studies have examined the factors influencing place bonding, the mechanism of such bonding remains undetermined. Many researchers believe that bonding can be detected only after a place becomes inaccessible (displaced/disrupted). This study attempts understand the changes in place bonding that occur after a place is rebuilt. Using a hypothetical scenario, changes in place bonding were compared before and following a place renewal project. The results demonstrated that when people have stronger place bonding, their bonding declines considerably after a place is rebuilt, regardless of whether it is rebuilt better or worse than the original. Moreover, individuals with weaker bonding would have their bonding increased. The results of this study provide a new means to understand the mechanisms of place disruption, and contribute to urban place planning and management.
