Adult Intussusception Presenting with Lower Gastrointestinal Bleeding-Diagnosed by Angiography

摘要

發生於成人之腸套疊並不常見。茲報告一例因平滑肌肉瘤而導致復發性下消化道出血之病例。其血攝影之表徵包括：(a)套入部血管向上移位並呈現髮夾狀彎曲；(b)套入部及套鞘之血管呈現垂直交；(c)及腫瘤染色。對反復性下消化道出血之病例，血管攝影可用於尋找其出血點，有時並可界定其病因。

Adult intussusception is relatively rare. We encountered a female patient presenting with recurrent lower gastrointestinal bleeding due to intussusception by leiomyosarcoma which was diagnosed by angiography. The angiographic findings included: (a) upward displacement and hair-pin curve of the intussusceptum vessels; (b) cricrossing between the vascular branches of intussusceptum and intussuscipien; and (c) tumor stain. In patient with recurrent lower gastrointestinal bleeding, angiography may be used to search the bleeding point and delineate the underlying pathology occasionally.
