甘藍種苗之生長量測與模式分析:(二)生長模式的建立與分析

摘要


在本研究中我們利用一套以機器視覺系統為基礎的自動量測系統,對甘藍種苗進行生長過程的動態量測,分別測定了五種不同日夜溫條件與三種光照條件下的甘藍種苗生長特性。主要量測的生長特性有地上部鮮重、地上部乾重、株高與葉片總面積四項。除株高以外,其他三項特性均有在生長初期呈指數形式成長而至生長後期逐漸減緩之趨勢。若以地上部鮮重對株高之比值為指標,以日夜溫為25/20℃之甘藍種苗有較佳之生長表現,而在光照因子實驗中則是以23000 Lux人工光照組有較佳之生長表現。這些實驗數據進一步以logistic模式與Richards模式進行非線性迴歸分析,分別求得各不同條件下甘藍種苗生長特性的模式參數,分析的結果亦顯示具有δ、Y0與μ三個參數的logistic模式已足以描述甘藍種苗之生長特性。甘藍種苗的相對生長速度則可進一步透過模式加以計算。

Dynamic measurement of cabbage seedling growth was performed with an automatic measurement system based on machine vision. Data of seedlings growing under 5 different day/night temperature conditions and 3 lighting conditions were collected and analyzed. The measured characteristics were top fresh weight, top dry weight, plant height and total leaf area. The growth curves of these characteristics, except plant height, appeared to increase exponentially in the initial stage and then approach to an asymptote in the later stage of growth. Using the ratio of top fresh weight to plant height as an index, cabbage seedling growing under 25/20℃ exhibited better growth performance in the controlled temperature experiment. Seedlings growing in the artificial lighting room of 23000 Lux also showed better growth performance among the groups tested. The growth curves were further analyzed and compared with the logistic model and Richards model. Model parameters were determined with the non-linear method of least squared. The logistic model with δ, Y(subscript 0) and μ as model parameters appeared to satisfactorily describe the growth characteristics of cabbage seedlings in this study. Based on the growth model, the relative growth rates of cabbage seedlings under various conditions were calculated.
