抗靜電聚酯之熱性質及其加工性研究

摘要


高分子材料一般為絕緣性物質,因此在使用過程中很容易具有靜止的電荷累積,當其放電時將對人員環境造成危害,因此若要使高分子材料具有抗靜電的效果,須在材料中添加抗靜電機能性粉體。聚酯高分子材料是常見的衣著纖維原料之一,其表面電阻高達10^(13)Ω/sq是易於產生靜電累積的材料,因此本研究中透過抗靜電機粉體的添加來降低聚酯高分子的表面電阻,並探討抗靜電機能性粉體對於聚酯高分子材料在纖維紡絲加工過程中的影響性,透過熱性質以及熔體黏度的分析結果,做為紡絲製程參數設定的依據。

Polymer materials are generally insulating material. Therefore, it is easy in the course of the accumulation of electrostatic charge. It will affect the people and impact the environmental when it is discharged. In order to reduce the electro-resistance of polymer materials, we need to add the antistatic functional powder into the polymer material. The polyester polymer is one of the common textile fiber materials; surface electro-resistance up to 10^(13)Ω/sq and it is easy to produce static electricity. In this study, anti-static functional powders had been added to reduce the surface electro-resistance of the polyester polymer. By the DSC and Rheology, the thermal properties and melt viscosity would be analyzed for polyester polymer materials in the fiber spinning process.
