量產型靜電紡絲製程及其奈米纖維品質穩定性之研究

摘要


本研究所製得之複合奈米纖維膜,在不同工作時間下所取得之樣本,以SEM觀察其平均直徑為275nm,而由ANOVA分析知本製程在長時間的工作下,奈米纖維直徑沒有顯著差異。而由水質過濾測試的結果可知此複合奈米纖維膜能有效過濾尺寸大於1000nm之水中固形物,且由ANOVA分析知本製程在長時間的工作下,複合奈米纖維膜的水質過濾能力(SS值)沒有顯著差異。且在此大幅寬量產型之靜電紡絲製程上已取得一穩定且可長時間收集之工作條件。

In this study, we use mass production of electrospinning process to make the nanofiber membrane, and we can obtained in the four different working hours to obtain the samples, the fiber average diameter is 275nm were observed by SEM. Further known by the ANOVA analysis of this mass production process in the long times to work, no significant differences in diameter of the nanofiber. In addition, from the water filtration test results shows that the nanofiber membrane can effectively filter solids size greater than 1000nm and from ANOVA analysis on this process in the long times to work, the nanofiber membrane of filtration capacity (SS values) no significant difference too. Finally, in the large width of the mass production of the electrospinning process, we have also achieved a stable and long time to collect the working conditions.
