Application of KANO Quality Model to Uniform Design for High School Girl Student

摘要


應用KANO品質模式分析制服魅力品質,目的在瞭解高中女生對制服設計魅力品質的認知,作為提升制服滿意度的設計依據。本研究以日本東京都高中女生制服為樣本,52名就讀高中的女學生進行Kano二維品質調查。研究結果顯示,制服設計品質在「優越區」有15個設計要素;「有待改善區」7個改善重點;「過剩區」9個設計要素;「必費心區」18個設計要素。Kano品質模式有效了解高中女生對制服需求,提供設計師掌握高校生制服需求及擴充設計資。

To enhance the high school girls' uniform satisfaction of this study was to Tokyo, Japan College Girl Uniforms quality needs, provide school uniforms positioned as sample design, application KANO quality mode analysis. The results show that the uniform design quality in the "privileged area" has 15 design elements; "room for improvement district" seven to improve focus; "surplus area" 9 design elements; "do not bother Area" 18 design elements. Kano quality mode effectively understand the needs of high school girls on the uniforms, this study can provide high school, vocational and uniform designer reference, assist designers to master design elements and expanded design data, improve work efficiency of customer satisfaction.
