摘要


組織人力資源之良窳,繫於員工之知識、技術、態度,亦係現代組織獲取競爭優勢之基礎。組織策略性之訓練活動係投資,藉提昇員工知識、技術、態度以滿足員工和組織之需求。訓練活動具時效性、一致性,故策略性之訓練活動係確保競爭優勢之手段。

The research intends to explore the competence of the organization depend on the employee's knowledge, skills and attitudes. The organizational strategic training activities is investment that can promote the employee's knowledge, skills, attitudes and satisfied the need of the organization and the employee. Strategic training activities have the timing, coherence so that strategic program can make sure to hold the competence to the organization.
