New Institutionalism can be divided into three categories of rational choice, sociology and historical institutionalism, etc. It can be widely applied to the field of politics, economics, sociology and organization theory. But few of them have been investigated integratedly in public administration. Therefore, this article uses an integrated view on these relevant issues of public administration, such as incentive structure, institutional design of public service, administrative decision, administrative reform, and policy networks. The purpose of this article is aimed at associating these issues with neoinstitutionalism.
