This paper aims to analysis the main points in the present knowledge economy age including the relationship between knowledge worker and organization; knowledge worker and their supervisor; the work traits of knowledge worker; the motivation, and the critical factor for determining knowledge worker productivity, etc. Organizational capability as knowledge integration is the key point of the knowledge-based theory of organization. This theory has four assumptions and four propositions. The knowledge integration put emphasis on the tacit knowledge, its method has two kinds: Direction and Organizational routines. Also, this paper discuss three problems: the efficiency of integration, the scope of integration, the flexibility of integration.
