摘要

由於資訊科技的進步，人們處理資訊的能力得以大幅提昇，對於提高決策品質應有正面的幫助。然實務上卻未必如此，人們在決策時依舊必須面臨許多困難。本文試圖探究何以致此。　本文通過「技術」、「管理」、「價值」三個面向來說明E世代的特性，在此一基礎上探討兩個決策困境：「資訊超載」與「後現代性」。最後討論援用「電腦模擬法」以解決上述決策困境的可行性。

Because the prompt progress of ICT (Information & Communication Technology), we have radically increased our capabilities of information-processing. That does contribute the endeavors to improve the quality of decision-making. However, in the practices, we still have may difficulties on making good decisions. This paper try to answer why? This paper describes the characteristics of E-age from three dimensions: technologies, managements, values. And explore the two dilemmas of decisions-making: information overloading. Postmodernity. Furthermore, we provide some discussions on the applications and feasibilities of computer simulation of decisions-making.
