Intraparotid Facial Nerve Schwannoma-Case Report
腮腺中之顏面神經許旺氏細胞瘤－病例報告
摘要
Parotid gland tumors are common head and neck neoplasms, with pleomorphic adenoma and Warthin's tumor accounting for most of the cases. Soft tissue tumors in the parotid gland are rare, and their preoperative diagnosis is challenging. Approximately one-third of schwannomas occur in the head and neck region, with most of them arising from the vestibulocochlear nerve. Facial nerve schwannomas, particularly in the parotid gland, are rare. Preoperative diagnosis can be made only through proper imaging studies combined with fine-needle aspiration cytology. In this paper, we report the case of a 61-year-old man with intraparotid schwannoma.

腮腺腫瘤是常見的頭頸部腫瘤，多形性腺瘤和華生氏腫瘤佔大多數病例。腮腺中的軟組織腫瘤很少見，以至於術前診斷較為困難。大約三分之一的許旺氏細胞瘤發生在頭頸部，其中大部分來自前庭神經。發生在腮腺中的顏面神經許旺氏細胞瘤則是十分罕見。只有通過適當的影像學檢查結合細針抽吸細胞學檢查才有機會得到術前診斷。在這裡，我們報告1名61歲的男性患有腮腺内許旺氏細胞瘤的病例。
