眼眶部蜂窩組織炎合併視網膜中心動脈阻塞－病例報告
Orbital Cellulitis Complicated with CRAO-A Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一例30歲男性因副鼻炎引起眼眶部蜂窩組織炎，而併發現網膜中心動脉阻塞之病例，本病例在臨床已屬罕見故特此提出報告。

Visual loss associated with orbital and sinus disease is mainly due to infectious process, trauma and neoplasma. And the most common cause is infectious process The case of our report lost vision due to CRAO, although orbital & optic nerve decompression was done but the patient still loss his vision. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment are essential for salvage of vision for ever lives affected by such dreadful complications.
