四十五歲以下的中心網膜靜脈阻塞
Central Retinal Vein Occlusion in People Aged 45 Years or Less: A Review of 14 Patients
摘要
中心網膜靜脈阻塞是一種發生於老年人的網膜血管疾病、一般視力預後不佳。但是發生於年輕成年人的中心網膜靜脈阻塞較少為人所提及，其發生可能機轉也較少為人所分析。本篇研究收集了14位45歲以下的病人分析其可能發生機轉和視力影響因素，認為影響因血流栓塞而造成血管阻塞者都可能形成中心網膜靜脈阻塞，而以前認為它是一種血管炎並不正確。而視力好壞主要是取決於黃斑部是否受到影響，是否併高血壓或網膜缺血等因素。

Fourteen patients with central retinal vein occlusion aged 45 years or less are reviewed. Eleven patients with abnormal blood components which affect blood viscosity, abnormal blood flow, or vessel wall inflammation are reported according to Virchow's theory in the pathogenesis of thrombosis. Six patients have final visual acuity better than 0.5. Our results show that central retinal vein occlusion in young people has the same mechanism as in elderly which is satisfied with Virchow's triads of blood thrombosis
