惡性高血壓網膜病變―病例報告
Retinopathy of Malignant Hypertension-Case Report
摘要
本篇報告臨床上只有視力模糊的症候而沒有其他症狀的惡性高血壓女性病例。血壓210/130mmHg，主要徵狀為眼底變化，右眼：網膜有裂縫狀出血，硬性滲出物及視神經盤水腫；左眼：環狀硬性滲出物，中間摻雜有軟性滲出物，同時在視神經頭上方可見一暗白色，大小約1/4個視神經頭的FIPTs(Focal Intraretinal Periarteriolar Transudates)等惡性高血壓網膜的病變。

This 43-year-old female patient of malignant hypertension presented with sudden onset of blurred vision without systemic complaints. Fundal examination revealed attenuated arterioles, retinal hemorrhage, soft exudates, Circinate hard exudates and typical lesion of malignant hypertension-Focal Intraretinal Periarteriolar Transudates (FIPTs). Bp: 210/130mmHg was noted. After medical consultation and treatment as a case of malignant hypertension, the blood pressure was controlled. Two months later, most of the fundus lesions resolved except circinate hard exudates and soft exudates.
