原發性水晶體囊之真性層狀剝落―兩病例報告
Idiopathic True Exfoliation of the Lens Capsule-Two Cases Presentation
摘要
水晶體囊之層狀剝落可能為真性層狀剝落或假性層狀剝落。在前者，可見到水晶體前囊的表層大片地剝離而漂浮於前房液中。它好發於長期受到大量紅外線照射之人群，在中國人中非常少見。本篇報告兩臨床病例，及組織病理切片檢查之所見結果。

Exfoliation of the lens capsule may be either true exfoliation or pseudoexfoliation. In true exfoliation, the superficial lamella of the anterior lens capsule becomes loosened and peels off in a large scroll. It usually occurs in persons who were exposed to a great amount of infrared irradiation, and is extremely rare in the Chinese. We present two cases of idiopathic true exfoliation of the lens capsule, with histopathologic confirmation.
