延遲消失的玻璃體內氣體－病例報告
Delayered Absorption of Intravitreal Gas-Case Report
摘要
70歲男性，視網膜剝離接受了三次玻璃體視網膜手術後，視網膜複位良好，後來因外傷導致玻璃體出血，以15% perfluoropropane(C3F8)作液體氣體交換後，發現氣體的量在玻璃體內存留了二個月完全沒有減少，而且一直到了四個月才消失。

A 70 years old male patient suffered from regmatogenous retinal detachment. Retina was reattached after multiple vitreoretinal surgeries, Accidentally, he suffered from an ocular blunt trauma and resulted in severe vitreous hemorrhage. Gas-fluid exchange was done. The intravitreal gas remained fully for 2 months and disappeared till 4 months.
