科技大學精密模具設計分析專業學程課程發展之研究

A Study on the Curriculum Development for the Program of Precision Mold and Die Design and Analysis Engineering in University of Science and Technology

摘要


我國模具工業之年產值在1998年已超過六百億,居世界第四位;隨著資訊電子業蓬勃興起,模具業也隨之轉型,漸漸以資訊、通訊、電子等3C產業及機械產業用模具為主力產品,未來趨勢則以精密模具為研發重點。為迎合產業的需求,培育精密模具設計分析人才實有賴於精密模具培育課程的完整配合。緣此,精密模具人才培育課程發展之急迫性,不言而喻。不同於傳統的「教授訂製」的大學專業課程規劃與發展,本文探討科技大學精密模具設計分析學程課程規劃模式,以功能分析法(functional analysis)界定精密模具行業之設計分析專業技術能力指標與重要等級,依此專業能力分析與文獻探討結果,建構相關課程內涵;設計三等量尺問卷,運用德懷術(Delphi)問卷調查法對業界與學界的專家進行諮詢與調查,廣蒐專家們對所設計的課程內容和所能培養之專業能力的意見;以統計分析手法,評估各課程內容之重要性與可行性。研究結果顯示,所建議之精密模具設計分析人才培育課程,頗受諮詢的產學界專家們對課程之重要性與可行性的肯定,各組課程之重要性與可行性平均數分別為綜合組2.56及2.53、沖壓組2.71及2.76、射出組2.70及2.63、鍛造組2.57及2.73;而意見分佈上,受諮詢專家的意見頗為集中(綜合組Sd=0.513及0.525、沖壓組Sd=0.287及0.195、射出組Sd=0.195及0.231、鍛造組Sd=0.352及0.224)。本精密模具專業課程發展與分析方法可供科技大學專業學程課程發展與授課內涵設計之參考。

Unlike a ”professor-made engineering curriculum”, this paper presents a developed course contents for advanced mold and die engineering based on the competence analysis and feedback from selected advisor of industry and academia. Beased on literature review, the analysis of core knowledge and skills for mold and die industry was carried out by adopting functional analysis approach. The results of the functional analysis and literature review provide a base and guideline for curriculum development. Then, a Delphi-based survey and statistical analysis were employed to collect and analyze the feedback data from the mold and die industry and academia. The results of analysis show that the importance and feasibility of this proposed curriculum are affirmative and imperative. The recognition of the specialists is consensus on the importance and feasibility of curricula. The average values of the importance and feasibility of curricula are 2.56 and 2.53, 2.71 and 2.76, 2.70 and 2.64, 2.57 and 2.73 respectively, and quite to concentrate in the opinion distribution of the specialists (Sd=0.513 and 0.525, Sd=0.287 and 0.195, Sd=0.195 and 0.231, Sd=0.352 and 0.224). That is, this program of precision mold and die design can be a paradigm of professional course development in university of science and technology.
