摘要

本研究目的主要探討：肝癌病人家屬需要及其影響因素。
藉由調查法，針對91位肝癌病人家屬做問卷調查，所蒐集資料以統計方法分析進行資料處理，得以下的結果：
一、肝癌病人家屬認爲最重要的前三項需要依次爲「當病人病情發生變化，我能很快地接到醫院的通知」，「能給予病人一線希望 」，「醫護人員能隨時減輕病人的疼痛」。
二、肝癌病人家屬需要的主要相關因素是病人身體症狀、家屬年齡，病人年齡、住院次數、發病時間、家屬人格特質、對肝癌的知識亦有其相關。
本研究並針對研究設計，以及護理實務、護理教育、護理行政和護理研究方面提出建議，做爲日後研究者及護理人員之參攷。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the needs and Influential factors of family members of hepatoma patients. Questionnaires were sent to 91 such family members. The study result can be concluded as follows:
1. The three most important needs of family members of the hepatoma patients were: (1) to be informed when there is any change in patient's condition; (2) to give the patient a sense of hope; and (3) prompt intervention given to relieve patient from pain.
2. Factors influencing needs of such family members were patient's physical conditions, age, times of hospitalization, length of disease, and family members personal characterestics, age, and knowledge about hepatoma.
This research also proposed some suggestions for future research design, nursing practice and nursing research.
