我國核子藥局的發展及推動“優良核子藥局執業規范”可行性的探討

背景：近年來核子醫學科在各大敎學醫院乃至各區域、地區醫院相繼成立已多達四十一家，加上三處欣科核子藥局及台北榮總、私立中山醫學院二家有醫用迴旋加速器的正子放射斷層造影中心，國内調製及調劑放射性藥品已非常廣泛。本文針對我國核子藥局的發展，提出推動我國「優良核子藥局執業規範」可行性的探討。過程：回顧我國「優良藥品調劑作業規範」與「核醫藥局管理要點」，及美國藥師協會之「核子藥局管理規範」為主要參考法規。瞭解國內醫院核子醫學部門放射藥品臨床調製及調劑的現況、放射藥品管理之特性、人員、環境設施、調劑設備、藥品保存、核醫藥品調劑作業、及藥歷管理及處方箋保存。瞭解國內核醫藥局（欣科）核醫藥品調製及調劑及輸送服務現況。瞭解國內二家（北榮、中山醫學院）正子放射藥品生產製造的現況。召開專家學者會議提出報告，供衛生署藥政處主管機關採用。結論：本文擬議「優良核子藥局執業規範」草案是規劃出現代化的核子藥局應符合關於人員、核子藥局、藥事照顧的基本要求，並提供衛生主管機關日後規範核子藥局執業藥師推動及促進核醫病人的用藥安全及提昇服務品質之參考依據。

In Taiwan, forty-one hospitals have nuclear medicine department, not only at teaching hospitals but also at local hospitals. In addition, Syncor nuclear pharmacy has three branches to compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals. Moreover, two medical cyclotrons have been installed in Taipei Veterans General Hospital and Chung Shan Medical and Dental College Hospital to produce positron-emitting radiopharmaceuticals. Compounding and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals are common pharmacy practice in Taiwan. In comply with the characteristics of radiopharmaceuticals, we proposed ”good nuclear pharmacy regulation” which regulates qualification of personnel, facility and pharmaceutical care of a nuclear pharmacy. Then, nuclear pharmacy can be set up by pharmacist. According to this regulation, nuclear pharmacist can contribute and promote the wellbeing of patients.
