摘要

由GIS搭配各種圖層及屬性資料，可進行資料比對和分析。網路提供各式各樣的資料傳送服務，對於各種資料的查詢，提供更為快速方便，及廣泛的應用。過去由於資料取得不易外，處理使用上也較複雜。自從Google Earth提供了全球的影像查詢服務之後，使用者可以很容易取得資料，並且具有簡單且便利又操作介面，相較於過去的複雜程度降低許多，同時提供使用者自行新增圖層和連結的功能，可隨時進行影像之套疊和資料連結等應用，使用的層面將不僅限於專業人員，一般的社會大眾也可很容易的上手使用並自行增加所需之功能，對於未來GIS的普及將有很大的幫助。因此本文使用Google Earth，並利用現有的影像資料，配合Open GIS之規範及技術，進行資料展示及應用。

By using the image and attribution data, the data can be compared and analyzed. And the data that transmitted by internet will provide many applications. In the past, the data was difficult to obtain and process. Now, the Google Earth has provided a service in querying high quality remote sensed images all over the world, and it has easy and convenient operation interface, like image overlay, and data connection, etc. Therefore, it has the great potential and high performance to process the spatial analysis on the Google Earth platform by using standard of Open GIS.
