摘要

本研究結合社會資本理論與線上社會支持概念，試圖建立批踢踢實業坊（PTT）抗癌板板友提供線上社會支持之解釋模型，藉此找出激PTT抗癌板板友與線上社會支持活動的要素。本研究從PTT抗癌板取得150份之有效樣本進行實證分析，資料分析結果發現關係面與結構面之社會資本，皆具有激發提供「促進行動型」社會支持與「滋養型」社會支持的功效，而認知面社會資本對「促進行動型」社會支持有影響。文末並針對研究結果進行討論。

In this study, we adopt social capital theory to explore the factors that drive PTT Anti-Cancer Board members to provide online social support. We surveyed 150 members to test and validate the model and relationships. The results show that while relational and structural dimension of social capital can boost community members to provide both action-facilitating and nurturant style social support, cognitive dimension of social capital can only drive members to offer action-facilitating style social support. Discussions and implications of the findings are also provided.
