不同體能指數在血液凝固因子上的比較

Comparison of Different Fitness Index on Blood Coagulation Factors

摘要


本研究之目的在比較不同體能指數者在血液凝固時間與血液中凝固因子濃度上的差異。 以1838位20~65歲之受試者爲研究對象,於測量血壓及靜脈抽血後,進行5分鐘哈佛踏階測驗,然後換算出體能指數,分成低、中、高體能指數組,並分析血液凝固時間及血液中凝固因子的濃度。以一般線性模式進行單因子多變項變異數分析,幷以薛費法進行事後比較,及以皮爾遜積差相關法求出血壓與凝血時間、血液凝固因子濃度之相關。所得結果如下: 1.不同體能指數組在活化部分凝血活酶時間及凝血酶原時間上,沒有顯著差異。 2.低體能指數組在血液中纖維蛋白原濃度顯著高於中、高體能指數組;不同體能指數組在血液凝固第七、第八因子上,未達顯著相關。 3.低體能指數組與中體能指數組在血壓和血液凝固因子之相關上,較易達顯著相關。 本研究獲得下列結論:低體能指數組血液中纖維蛋白原濃度較高,不利於心血管健康之維護。

The purpose of this study was to compare the different fitness index on blood coagulating time and coagulation factors. 1838 adults, who were from 20-65, served as the subjects of this study. After measuring blood pressure, 10cc blood was taken from antecubital vein. They all took 5-minuteHarved Step Test. According to this test, low, middle and high fitness index groups were set. Blood coagulating time and blood coagulation factors were measured. Data taken from the above was analyzed by one way, MANOVA and Pearson product correlation. Scheffe' method was used to compare the differences among the three fitness index groups. The results were found as the followings: 1. There was no difference in APTT and PT among different fitness index groups. 2. The low fitness index group had higher concentration of fibrinogen than the middle or the high fitness index group. There was no difference among each group in F7 and F8. 3. Blood pressure showed significant corelation on blood coagulating time and coagulation factors in low and middle fitness index groups. The results indicated that the low fitness index group had higher concentration on fibrinogen than the middle or the high fitness index group. It was harmful to maintain cardiovascular health.
