大專田徑運動員工作價值觀之研究

摘要

本研究是以參加第二十六屆大專運動會之田徑運動員為受試者。以工作價值觀量表爲研究工具，以郵寄方式進行調查，得有效率爲52.13%。經統計分析結果如下：
一、以各向度的平均數的排序上來看，以從屬關係、同僚關係及成就感占前三名之重要。
二、大專田徑運動員對內在工作價值觀及外在工作價值觀看法一致。
三、大專田徑運動員對整體工作價值觀、內在工作價值觀及外在工作價值觀的看法，在男女兩性及參賽三次與參賽一次對此三個工作價值觀都有顯著差異。在參加組別、參賽類項及優勝前八名與非優勝前八名上對工作價值觀的看法較爲一致。

The subjects of this study were the track and　field athletes who participated in the 26th National Intercollegiate Game. The work value inventory was mailed to each athlete. After calculating the valid returned inventories rate was 52.13%.After statistical analysis the results were as follows.
1)The best three average score of the work value were the supervisory relation, the assoriates and the achievement.
2) There were no significant difference between the intrinsic work value and the extrinsic work value possessed by the college athletes.
3) The work value, the intrinsic work value and extrinsic work value were significantly different among female and male, and competitive experience. However, the work Value Possessed by Athletes were not significantly different among different group, event categories and athletic records.
