羽球賽前集訓訓練負荷的生化評定

The Biochemical Evaluation of the Badminton Pre-Competition Training Load

摘要


賽前階段是整個訓練週期的重要組成部份,訓練負荷的安排至關重要。本研究以參加成大羽球校隊賽前集訓的男、女主力選手各五名為受試對象,檢測集訓期間心跳率、肌酸激?、血尿素及血紅素等生化指標的變化,以探討其訓練負荷(訓練強度、訓練量)的安排是否安當,及選手的身體機能變化情況。 檢測結果,以敘述統計法、單因子變異數分析法(ANOVA)及DUNCAN事後比較法進行資料處理,再經分析討論後,獲得以下結論: (一) 本研究的訓練強度應屬合理,但因選手身體機能狀態不佳,反而顯得失之偏高。 (二) 本研究的訓練量尚稱理想。 (三) 賽前集訓之後,男女選手的身體機能狀態普遍下降。 (四)經個別評定後,多數選手的訓練強度偏高、訓練量中等、身體機能狀能不佳。

Because the pre-competition training is the major part of an entire training cycle, the plan for the training load in that training becomes very important. The research studied 5 male and 5 female badminton players who was the main players in the Badminton Team of National Cheng Kung University. During the days of training, the heart rate and biochemical examination of creatine kinase (CK), blood urine (BUN) and hemoglobin (HB) were recorded. The data is to probe if the plan of the training load (training intensity and training quantity) was appropriate and also to probe the change of the players’ physical conditions. All the data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. The result of the study as follows: 1. The training intensity in the research was appropriate. However, it seemed too heavy due to the physical conditions of the players were not good enough. 2. The training quantity in the research was appropriate. 3. After the training, the physical conditions of both male and female players were decreased in general. 4. After individual evaluation, the training intensity was too high, the training quantity was appropriate and the physical condition was not good for most of players.
