學校專任運動教練組織承諾與專業承諾之研究

A Study on Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment of School Sport Coaches

摘要


本研究旨在暸解目前學校專任運動教練組織承諾與專業承諾間之關係,並比較不同背景之學校專任運動教練在組織承諾與專業承諾之差異情形及其影響因素。受試者以台灣地區學校專任運動教練為對象,進行問卷調查。問卷共發出312份,經回收計有效問卷202份,所蒐集之資料經t考驗、單因子變異數分析、典型相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法分析結果。本研究所得主要結果如下: (一)學校專任運動教練背景變項之性別在組織承諾上有差異存在;而不同性別、學歷之學校專任運動教練在專業承諾上有差異存在。 (二)學校專任運動教練組織承諾與專業承諾有顯著相關。 (三)學校專任運動教練背景變項之性別、年齡與服務年資以及組織承諾各構面對其專業承諾有較佳之預測力。

The purpose of the study was to reveal the reality of organizational commitment and professional commitment for school sport coaches in Taiwan, and compare the differences of the testees with different personal data. The sample consisted of 312 school sport coaches in Taiwan. The effective questionnaires 202 were used to collect data., Independent sample t-test , one-way ANOVA , canonical correlation and multiple stepwise regression were used for analysis in this study. The results indicated that: (l) there were significant difference in different gender, educational levels. (2) Significant relationship between school sport coaches’ organizational commitment professional commitment. (3) School sport coaches population variables, organizational commitment were good predictors to school sport coaches’ professional commitment.
