女子三級跳遠的審美透視

摘要

從應用研究的角度出發，本文對女子三級跳遠項目身體美、運動美與精神美的美學內涵進行分析討論。在田徑項目中，女子三級跳遠最有助於塑造健美的形體。透過楊己陰柔之長補陽剛之短，女子三級跳遠顯示了一種特有的技術美。女子三級跳遠的精神美在於她能激發起人們在生活中的進取精神，奮爭精神與創新精神。

From the viewpoint of applied research this study analyzed, the aesthetic meaning of body beauty, beauty of movement, beauty of spirit in women’s triple jump. In athletics, women’s triple jump helped to build a vigorous and graceful shape most. By developing her own gentle advantage, making up for her own firm disadvantage, women’s triple jump displayed a peculiar beauty of technique. The beauty or spirit in women’s triple jump is that it can stimulate the people’s spirit of enterprise, of striving and of creation in life.
