公立大學校院體育組織績效評估之探討

摘要

近年來，隨著大學設立之鬆綁，高等校院大量的成立，再加上政府加入WTO，許多國外的大學也加入競爭。因此各大學無不亟思如何脫胎換骨，改進經營績效，以期對外獲取較多的學生及補助之資源。邇來教育部積極推動教改及追求卓越計畫，多所大學院校亦發展自我評鑑及大學評鑑指標之建立和推行，均說明了大學所面臨環境之重大改變。據此體育即為大學教育的重要一環，而體育室又是大學中正式的教學行政組織編制，因此如何評估教學行政服務效率進而為學校爭取更多的資源，以提昇大學之競爭力，實爲重要的課題。
