阻力運動訓練與動脈硬化之關係探討

摘要


動脈順應性(arterial compliance),或其相反詞-動脈硬化(arterial stiffness)乃是反映心臟收縮和舒張期間動脈擴張和彈回的能力。當動脈僵硬時,其減弱動脈壓力和血流波動的緩衝能力將會降低,並導致許多不利的血液動力學結果。動脈硬化是心血管事件和其併發症的根源,而高血壓則是促成動脈硬化最主要的因子。阻力運動期間將導致血壓大幅度的增加,進而使動脈結構和功能產生適應性的改變。高強度多組數和極大量的阻力運動致使動脈硬化程度增加,但在停止訓練一段時間後會回復至基礎值:反之,中低負荷、局部或漸進的阻力訓練則對動脈硬化沒有影響。然而,目前對於阻力運動訓練增加動脈硬化的可能機制及其臨床意義則仍尚未獲得充分瞭解。
