The Dorsalis Pedis Osteocutaneous "Sandwich" Free Flap for Reconstruction of the Nasal Septal Defect-A Case Report
重建鼻中膈缺損－病例報告
摘要
上呼吸消化道的惡性腫瘤約佔人類腫瘤的百分之五，而原發性鼻中膈惡性腫瘤是相當少，最常見為鱗狀細胞癌，其次是黑色素細胞癌及唾液腺癌，鼻中膈鱗狀細胞癌較合宜的治療是廣泛手術切除及術後放射線治療。 由於鼻子是臉部中最突出的部位，手術切除將使病人在外觀上、生理上、社會上及精神上受到衝擊，我們設計了Free Dorsalis Pedis ”Sandwich”，Flap來重建因切除腫瘤所造成的鼻中膈缺損，外觀上恢復的程度是可接受的。

Carcinoma of the upper aero-digestive tract accounts for 5% of all human tumors. Primary nasal septal malignancies were rare. The dominant type is squamous cell carcinoma, followed by melanoma and salivary gland malignancies. The preferable treatment of squamous cell carcinoma of the nasal septum is a wide surgical excision, with postoperative irradiation. As the nose is the most prominent feature of the face, surgical resection carries important aesthetic, physiologic, social, and psychological implication. We designed the dorsalis pedis osteocutaneous ”Sandwich” free flap for reconstruction of the nasal septal defect after resecting tumor and attained aesthetically acceptable result.
