Umbilicoplasty with Circumferential Z-plasties

應用Z整形術治療肚臍膨出之經驗

摘要

我們提出一個簡單有效的手術方式，利用四個Z整形術來矯正膨出的肚臍。一位37歲的已婚女性，從小就有一個向外突出的肚臍。五年前，病患接受腹腔鏡取卵手術並且順利懷孕生產一對雙胞胎，這使得她的肚臍更加的膨出。病患想要矯正膨出的外觀，希望擁有小而內陷並且美觀的肚臍。我們利用在肚臍的圓周設計四個Z整形術來縮小肚臍，並且將肚臍的圓心固定到腹直肌膜，使得肚臍成為內翻的形狀。手術後追蹤結果顯示，病患的肚臍呈現理想美觀的外型，病患對手術的結果感到非常的滿意。本文提出我們的治療經驗並且作了一些文獻的回顧和比較。我們應用Z整形術來矯正膨出的肚臍是一個簡單而且有效的手術方式。

A case of umbilicoplasty was used to describe a simple surgical technique of four Z-plasties applied to correct a protuberant ”outie” umbilicus. A 37-year old married woman, with a naturally adapted protruding umbilicus undergoing laparoscopic ovum retrieval for artificial fertilization of a twin pregnancy 5 years ago, came to seek for umbilicoplasty. With the application of four Z-plasties, the outcome shows that the umbilicus is now smaller in size, vertical in shape and depressed inward. Therefore, from the aesthetic point of view, the application of four Z-plasties was proved to be effective in making progress towards the ideal shape of an appealing umbilicus.
