This is a practical-oriented study to discuss the sources of influence power and the influence strategies of the human resource executives in organizations. We use the ”Focus Group Interviews” to collect data. Through work experiences of the interviewees, we discuss how they influence their bosses, supervisors, peers and subordinates to improve their performance and acquire recognition from others. This study suggests multiple models and various practices to explain how the HR executives can build good bases and sources of influence power, and how they can apply the influence strategies well to get power in the business organizations.
