公有建築設備資產編碼標準化之研究

The Research of the Building Facility Standard Coding

摘要


對於多數公有建築中所有使用如升降設備或是空調設備等,其維護上大都僅以紙本紀錄為主,但現場管理人員對於資料的管理及維護過程中鮮少資訊化,因此,造成記錄存放過程中成為佔空間又有遺失的問題存在,而且經常辦理委外檢測,因此對於檢修紀錄管理上更為繁瑣,本研究將以建築設備編碼系統為架構,建立一套設備自動編碼系統,其採用GS1(Global Standard One)國際標準組織所制定全球個別資產(Global Individual Asset Identifier, GIAI)應用辨識碼和公共工程委員會委編撰施工綱要編碼,結合成一組,具有唯一性之辨識碼,如此可讓設備編碼攜帶設備所擁有自身之維護履歷,履歷包含有該設備組成構件及基本資料。將其編碼寫入二維條碼標籤,利用二維條碼便利性,可提供現場人員使用行動裝置快速辨識該設備資訊,且可用網路連線至資產資訊系統來更改設備資訊。

There are many equipments in Public Buildings such as elevator facilities or air conditioning equipments which are use on the paper record. On-site management staffers use rarely information technology for information management and maintenance processes. Therefore, it will have created space and loss problems for the process of causing a record and them should often outsourced for testing. The results show that records management maintenance more cumbersome. This study will be construction equipment coding system. To establish an automatically coding system by GS1 (Global Standard One) International Standards Organization compile (Global Individual Asset Identifier, GIAI) application identification code and public construction commission compile Construction Specifications and coding. Two code systems combine with a unique identification code system. That allows equipment code to bring its own maintenance information traceability includes the components of the equipment and basic information. Be encoded these information into two-dimensional bar code label and use the convenience of two-dimensional bar code that on-site management staffers can use mobile devices quickly identify the information device, and available network connection to the asset information system to change the device information.
