摘要

近年來在國際城市規劃思潮及全球環境變遷的影響下，試圖將城鄉環境營造成一具物種多樣性、有活力且健康的舒適環境。分別在『永續發展』與『生態城市』兩大領域中持續研究，並藉由理論研究與實務操作，帶領走向生態城鄉的美麗新願景，考量永續發展的生活願景，本研究希望藉由對舊山線苗栗縣三義鄉勝興地區與龍騰地區之永續生態，作一個綜合且深入之探討，並追求該地區城鄉生態永續經營保存的目標，基於前述研究動機，本研究以文獻分析、問卷調查及運用地理資訊系統為方法，來達成研究之目的。

In the face of global environmental changes and international city planning, a biodiverse and livable environment is the goal for urban and rural planning. Researches have been conducted in fields of sustainability and ecocity, while a vision of ecological town and country is presented. In the pursuit of a sustainable living environment, this study attempted to explore the sustainable ecology of the voided railway of mountain line in Shengxin and Longteng village, Sanyi township, Miaoli County.
The research incorporated research methods of evolving data analysis, questionaire survey and GIS.
