衛生教育介入對高血壓個案認知、健康信念與行爲影響之探討

本研究之主要目的在探討衛生教育對工作場所高血壓個案之知識、健康信念與血壓控制行爲的影響。研究採準實驗設計法，以立意取樣選取台北市某公司35歲以上的高血壓員工爲研究對象，共97人，實驗介入爲180分鐘的高血壓衛生教育課程。研究之重要結果及發現爲：衛生教育確實可以增加個案高血壓的知識、使健康信念更正向以及提高就醫比率。文中並針對結果及發現提出對護理實務的建議。

Effects of A Teaching Program on Hypertensive Clients' Knowledge, Health Believes and Behaviors The Purposes of this research is to examine the effects of a teaching program in the worksite on hyper tensive clients' knowledge, health believes and behaviors. A quasi-experimental design was used Ninety-seven subjects were selected from the employees over 35 years of a company in Taipei. The results indicated that employees who received health-teaching had a significant improvement in knowledge, health believes and hospital visit. Several implementations in nursing were suggested.
