Effects of A Teaching Program on Hypertensive Clients' Knowledge, Health Believes and Behaviors The Purposes of this research is to examine the effects of a teaching program in the worksite on hyper tensive clients' knowledge, health believes and behaviors. A quasi-experimental design was used Ninety-seven subjects were selected from the employees over 35 years of a company in Taipei. The results indicated that employees who received health-teaching had a significant improvement in knowledge, health believes and hospital visit. Several implementations in nursing were suggested.
