摘要

適應此概念已普遍應用在臨床實務中，然而由於每位學者的觀點不同，因而此概念有許多不同的概念性及操作性定義。本文依據Walker和Avant(1995)所提出的概念分析方法來進行適應的概念分析，其目標在於界定此概念的定義特徵，提出典型、邊緣、相關及相反案例比較說明，確認前因和後果，以及列舉出常見之實證性參考指標。期透過此概念分析，能有助於護理臨床實務及未來研究之應用。

Adaptation is a concept frequently applied in clinical situations. However, it has been variously conceptualized and operationalized. The purpose of this paper was to apply the methodology outlined by Walker and Avant (1995) to analyze the concept of adaptation. The aims of this concept analysis are to determine the defining attributes, to construct model, related, borderline, and contrary cases, and to identify antecedents and consequences. Empirical referents are also outlined. We anticipated that this analysis can be useful not only in nursing practice but also in developing research projects.
