護理人員面對繁雜忙碌的護理作業,工作負荷日益增加。本專案目的在改善護理人員臨床照護工作負荷,經調查分析護理人員因繁雜的護理工作如檢查多需準備轉送工具、主要照顧者無協助能力及語言溝通不良、以及無人可協助病人日常照護工作,經調查發現臨床照護中非護理專業性活動高達1.77小時/ 人,因此護理人員感到忙碌且分身乏術,對臨床工作不滿意度為2.8 分。專案小組以「技術混合照護模式」介入,規劃輔助人力工作內容及職責、教育訓練及監督輔導考核機制,使護理人員執行非護理專業性活動下降為0.49小時/人,並提升護理人員工作滿意度達4.3分,相對單位人力及護理品質管理指標也獲得提升,顯示本專案之成效顯著。
With the increasing and complex workload of the nurses in the clinical care, this project aims to relieve them of the unnecessary burden. As we know through surveys and analysis, the workload unrelated to nursing profession, such as checkups on patients, delivering equipment, the lack of assistance, the poor communication with care-providers, account for over 1.77 hours, which gets the nurses tired and leads to low satisfaction level of 2.8 points. To solve that, in addition to adding assistants with specific duties, the team under the skill- mixing model medical duties for the staff, provides training as well as supervision and checking mechanism. Witnessing decreasing unrelated workload to 0.49 hours, and increasing staff's satisfaction to 4.3 points, we also better the use of human resources, quality in clinical care and management, which is obviously seen.
