Cutaneous Cytomegalovirus Infection in a Patient with T-cell Lymphoma -A Case Report and Literature Review-

摘要
一位罹患惡性淋巴瘤、泌尿道感染及兩側肺炎合併急性呼吸衰竭的七十八歲婦女，在右胸出現兩處紫斑及肚臍周圍各有一處紫色丘疹及紫色斑塊。紫斑處之病理切片顯示惡性T細胞淋巴瘤侵犯皮膚並合併皮膚之巨細胞病毒感染。在切片後的第三天，因病況急速惡化、患者死於成人呼吸窘迫症。

A 78-year-old woman with underlying malignant T-cell lymphoma, urinary tract infection, and bilateral pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory failure developed 2 purpuric macules over the right chest, and one purpuric papule and one purpuric plaque around the umbilicus. Skin biopsy from the macule revealed malignant T-cell lymphoma with skin involvement and concurrent cytomegalovirus infection. The clinical status deteriorated so rapidly that she died of adult respiratory distress syndrome 3 days after the biopsy was done.
