摘要
淋巴球恢復疹約發生在清除骨髓之抗腫瘤化學治療後1至4週，此時正是淋巴球最早出現在週邊血液與皮膚之時。我們在此報告一位42歲患有週邊T細胞淋巴瘤之男性病例，在接受制約性化學治療後第18天，自體周邊血液幹細胞移植後第12天，於皮膚出現無症狀之紅疹，並伴隨短暫輕度之發燒。這是台灣首次報告之淋巴球恢復疹之病例。同時我們也回顧了有關此症的臨床、病理特色及致病機轉的相關文獻。

The eruption of lymphocyte recovery occurs 1 to 4 weeks after marrow ablative antineoplastic chemotherapy, coinciding with the return of lymphocytes to the peripheral circulation and skin. We report a 42-year-old man diagnosed as having peripheral T cell lymphoma, presenting an asymptomatic skin rash associated with transient, mild fever on day 18 of the conditioning chemotherapy with BEAM regimen and day 12 after autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. This is the first reported case of this disease in Taiwan. We also review the literature about the clinical, pathological features and pathogenesis of this uncommon entity.
