引導骨再生應用於下顎後牙區嚴重齒槽骨嵴缺損：病例報告
Guided Bone Regeneration for Ridge Augmentation of Posterior Mandibular Atrophy: A Case Report
摘要
植牙前齒槽骨嵴增進術(ridge augmentation)，有利於將較理想尺寸的植體種植在較理想的位置，儘可能的符合植牙後補綴物重建的需求。利用引導骨再生(guided bone regeneration)進行齒槽骨嵴重建，可於局部骨缺損部位，促進新骨形成。本報告爲一個因長期缺牙及嚴重牙周病破壞而造成下顎後牙區嚴重齒槽骨嵴缺損的病例，運用GORE-TEX(上標 ®) Ti-reinforced membrane不可吸收性再生膜合併混合自體骨(autograft)與異質移植骨(allograft)進行齒槽骨嵴增進術。術後穩定。而後以植體支持固定式義齒重建，恢復病患後牙咬合功能。術後三年的追蹤，顯示齒槽骨高度穩定且植體周圍牙齦健康。

Staged approach ridge augmentation was conducted for optimized implant placement and allows for ideal implant restoration. Guided bone regeneration is used to promote new bone formation in localized bone defects. This report is about a patient who suffered from severe periodontitis, which resulted in a severely mandibular atrophy. GORE-TEX(superscript ®) Ti-reinforced membrane combined with mixture of autograft and allograft was used to augment the ridge. The postoperative courses went uneventfully. Four units implant supported fixed prosthesis were constructed to restore the occlusal function. Three years follow-up examination showed stable marginal bone heights and pen-implant mucosa.
