摘要
經濟分析是現今醫療保健的重要課題，其中又以成本效用分析應用最為廣泛。本文介紹其中的關鍵「效用」的概念、測量、應用、和限制，以幫助醫療保健專業人員暸解並正確運用此一指標，做正確的分析和決策。

Economic analysis is an important issue in contemporary health care. Among all kinds of economic analyses, cost-utility analysis is the most widely used method. We introduce the key issue of this analysis-utility, including its concept, measurement, application, and limitations in this article, in order to help health care professionals understand and use this index properly, and make correct analysis and decision.
