摘要

醫院的環境清潔及消毒是降低抗藥性細菌移生並維護病人安全的重要步驟之一，然而院方是否有良好制度來監測環境清潔的完整性與清潔度，往往受到忽略。本文旨在介紹環境清潔消毒與院內感染的關聯性，以及各種評估環境清潔的方法，包括目視檢查法、螢光標記法、微生物培養法、三磷酸腺苷生物冷光反應法，並比較不同監測方法的優劣。

Well cleaning of the hospital environment is one of the important interventions to reduce the burden of multidrug-resistant organisms and protect the patient safety. However, the optimal methods to evaluate the results of environmental cleaning remain unclear. This article discusses the association between environmental cleaning and nosocomial infection, and introduces and compare the available methods to evaluate the results of environment cleaning, including visual inspection, microbiological culture methods, and adenosine triphosphate bioluminescence assay.
