360度評量是衛生福利部醫師畢業後一般醫學訓練計畫(post-graduate year training簡稱PGY訓練)中必須完成的項目之一,評估者除了臨床教師外,還包括同儕、護理人員或其他醫事人員及病人,其目的是藉由自評與他評間的差距使受評者了解自己的優缺點,找到未來努力的方向進而自我成長;然而,360度評量的立意甚好,但就實務面而言,沒有確切的執行流程,也無從了解PGY學員接受評估後的反應。本文敘述某醫學中心致力於將執行流程標準化,並建立一套回饋討論機制,讓行政教育管理者得以了解PGY學員接受評估後的成果,視需要介入了解並輔導,真正落實360度評量的意義,幫助PGY學員成長。
According to the Post-Graduate Year (PGY) training program conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, "360-degree Evaluation" is one of the necessary assessment tools for PGY trainees. Many groups of assessors, including doctors (teachers), advisor, peers, nurses or other medical staff, and patients or their families, contribute to the assessment of PGY trainees. The benefit of 360-degree Evaluation is to identify the weak points of PGY performance by comprehensive observation, and to allow PGY trainees to make progress by themselves. However, there is no established flowchart for evaluation, and no management system to review the outcome of feedback. Here, the experience from one of the tertiary teaching hospitals in northern Taiwan is presented. We created a standardized flowchart system and a holistic evaluation system to survey the outcome of assessment in that teaching hospital. In this system, advisors and administrators would be involved to guide PGY trainees if necessary.
