摘要
青春期是成長快速的時期，由於第二性徵出現、同儕的比較以及情緒的敏感變化，這個階段常會遇到一些與生長及發育相關的疑問。家長及青少年最常見的擔心就是身材矮小及性早熟。由於時代及經濟變遷，營養狀況的改善，發育也有提前的趨勢，因此如何讓青春期的孩子把握生長的黃金時期，避免不必要的治療且能正常成長，需要倚賴醫界提供家長正確的資訊。孩子成長路上的三要訣，就是均衡的營養、足夠的運動及充足的睡眠。

Adolescence is a period of rapid growth. Due to the appearance of secondary sexual characteristics, peer comparison, and sensitive changes in emotions, this stage often encounters some questions related to growth and development. The most common worry for parents and teenagers is short stature and precocious puberty. Due to the changes of times and the improvement of nutritional status, the trend of early puberty is a common phenomenon in developed countries. So how to let adolescent children grasp the golden period of growth, avoid unnecessary treatment and grow normally, we need to rely on the medical profession to provide parents with correct information. The three keys to a child's growth are balanced nutrition, adequate exercise and enough sleep.
