應用電影媒體從事社會醫學教育

The Application of Cinema on Social medicine Curriculum

摘要


本文探討如何將電影媒體應用於社會醫學教育之中。首先回顧社會醫學的範疇,及電影在醫學之專科教育的應用,諸如精神科、家醫科、皮膚科、整型外科、及神經科。作者提出另一個學科類型-社會醫學的教學可應用電影,接著以實例說明電影如何運用於社會醫學的教學,進而提出一系列適用於社會醫學教育的影片名稱,希望藉此拋磚引玉,吸引更多老師和同學參與、推廣此有效的教學媒介在醫學各學科上的應用。

This paper examines the application of movies as an effective tool to teach social medicine. In the first section of the paper, the interdisciplinary subject – social medicine is defined. Then the application of cinema on medical education is reviewed. In the second section of the paper, an example of a course on social medicine which utilizes narrative movies is presented. A list of films suitable for social medicine curriculum is provided following the demonstration. Finally, the author invites more teachers and students to utilize cinema in the learning of different aspects of medicine. (Full text in Chinese)
